After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

We are celebrating our launch by providing our customers with free shipping on all order values. No matter which city or area you order from, you will receive your shipment with no additional charges.

YES, we only deal in 100% authentic products sourced from the principal brand.

Our Flash Delivery orders take up to 2-3 working days
whereas, the normal orders can take up to 18-20 working days however the time
can be affected or delayed in case of weather conditions or given covid19
situation, the deliveries are taking longer than usual but we will continue
improving the delivery times.

Refund
will only occur if:

1. The Wrong item was sent.

2. The item is Defective.

3. The item was damaged in shipping.

You can claim a refund within 7 days from the
date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is
responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund
after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
